Beyond the Mirror

Every size, every colourway, every piece in the catalogue. In the room the customer is already standing in.

Act one · Experience

What happens on the floor.

Five things your customers can do with Vagora that aren’t possible anywhere else on your floor.

A customer moving her hand at the mirror while the garment renders on her in real time The mirror showing a look beside a full grid of colourways from the catalogue A complete look on the mirror with its coordinating pieces listed alongside A made-to-order dress rendered on the mirror beside its fabric swatches and sketch Scene mode placing the customer and the look inside a built world
01 Live 3D try-on

The garment, on them, moving.

Complete looks map to the body and move in real time. No changing room, no queue, and nobody sent to the stockroom to find out whether a size exists.

Retail impact

Less friction between interest and decision, and a shorter path from looking to asking for the piece.

02 Connected catalogue

The whole collection, on the floor.

Colours, combinations and pieces that were never going to fit in the room. Browsed from where the customer is standing, against live stock.

Retail impact

Demand stays in the store when the exact item is not on display, instead of leaving with the customer.

03 Outfit building

The look, not the line item.

Pieces combine, and complete outfits compare side by side, before anyone is asked to fetch anything.

Retail impact

Complementary pieces enter the decision naturally, and the basket widens without anyone making a pitch.

04 Before it exists

Sell it before you cut it.

Unstitched cloth, tailored orders and made-to-order looks are worn on screen before anything is cut or produced.

Retail impact

Demand appears before the commitment does. Earlier signal, and less product risk carried into a season.

05 Scene mode

The collection becomes a destination.

The customer and the look are placed inside a world built for the collection, the campaign or the moment.

Retail impact

Longer dwell time, deeper engagement, and a moment worth photographing and sending on.

The Vagora Mirror

Step in. See what’s possible.

A 49-inch interactive mirror that comes alive as you approach. Browse available sizes, explore your options, and experience garments in a way that feels as natural as looking in the mirror.

Everything you see reflects what’s actually available in-store. The camera is active only during your session.

Act two · Business

What Vagora returns to your business.

The floor is where it earns attention. The business is where it has to earn its keep.

From interest to action
Nothing lost between the mirror and the till.

Barcode, QR, retrieval requests and connected commerce carry the interest forward to the counter, or to the customer's phone.

Retail impact

Fewer places for a decided customer to fall out of the journey.

Retail intelligence
See what the shop floor never told you.

What was browsed, tried, compared, saved and ignored. All of it visible before any of it reaches a sales report.

Retail impact

Anonymous interaction becomes an early demand and merchandising signal.

Multi-store platform
One console. Every store.

Catalogues and inventory connected, content updated remotely, every deployment managed from one place.

Retail impact

Faster rollouts, consistent execution, and central visibility across the estate.

The console

The estate, on one screen.

Every mirror, every store and every market, with the catalogue, the sessions and the sync state in one place.

A mirror that drops offline surfaces here before anyone in the store notices.

One scan

The picks leave with the customer: garment, colourway and size, on their own phone.

The counter already knows

The same list reaches the floor team, so the piece is on its way before anyone asks.

What retailers ask first.

What happens to a customer's image?

The camera is active only during a session and nothing is stored. Selfies a customer chooses to keep are sent to their own phone and deleted from the mirror when the session ends. There is no enrolment, no account and no face database.

Does it work with our existing catalogue and stock?

It reads the product feed you already publish, and stock levels sync live. Nothing is offered on the mirror that the store cannot produce.

What does a member of staff have to do?

Nothing during a session. The picks arrive at the counter as a list, which is where a person adds the value they are actually good at.

How do we know whether it worked?

Sessions, try-ons per session and scan-through rate, by store and by garment, in the console from day one. Every figure we publish carries the window it was measured over.

What does a rollout across an estate look like?

One store first, on a fixed term, with the measurement agreed before installation. Catalogues, content and configuration are then managed centrally, so each additional store is a delivery date rather than a project.
